¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 31.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 249 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 120B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District Farrukhabad.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
