¶1Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6, Gram Sabha.

¶2The present petition has been filed alleging that the petitioners were granted agricultural patta in respect of Gata No. 2007M and the tender notice dated 16.1.2023 in respect of aforesaid plot for construction of cold storage is illegal and contrary to law.

¶3No details regarding the rights of the petitioners as stipulated under the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reform Act, 1950 or under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been given in the petition to enable the Court to verify the genuineness of the allegations made by the petitioners in the writ petition.

¶4The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
