¶1The petitioner's appeal has been decided by the Special Secretary, Department of Sugar Industry and Cane Development, Government of U.P., Lucknow sitting as Appellate Authority, vide order dated 07.10.2023.

¶2This order has been passed after this Court inquired of him vide order dated 25.09.2023, why the petitioner's appeal has not been decided. The petitioner's appeal has been dismissed by the order above mentioned passed by the Special Secretary.

¶3In view of the aforesaid development, this petition is rendered as infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructous.
