¶1Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India and Mr. Santosh Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "1. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dt. 14.3.2023 passed by Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in O.A. No. 240 of 2022 (Ram Sahare Vs. Union of India & Others).

¶2To pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

¶3To award cost of the petition in favour of petitioner."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
