¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.

¶3In view of the above statement, this application under Section 482 CrPC is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
