Ms. Arti Gupta states that the petitioner's post-retiral benefits amounting to Rs. 13,97,949/- have been paid. A detail of these payments have been mentioned in paragraph No. 5 of the affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the fact that the petitioner has received all his post-retiral benefits and no cause of action survives further in the matter.
