¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in the first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 01.06.2023, registered in Case Crime No.303 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Ramgarhtal, District Gorakhpur and not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
