¶1Heard Shri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Rahul Kumar Jadaun, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2The Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16529 of 2022 has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated

17.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 234 of 2022, under Sections 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Chandaus, District Aligarh.

¶3Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the charge-sheet no. 259 of 2022 has been forwarded on 24.11.2022 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16529 of 2022 and as such, the cause for filing said writ petition no more survives.

¶4In view of above, the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16529 of 2022 is dismissed as having become infructuous.

¶5So far as the other two connected petitions are concerned, a prayer for adjournment is being made on behalf of petitioners.

¶6Learned counsel for the informant states that as per his instructions, charge-sheet has also been submitted in the other two connected petitions.

¶7Learned A.G.A. is not having instructions. He may seek instructions by the next date.

¶8List the other two connected petitions on 17.11.2023.

¶9Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing.
