Order on the Writ Petition In compliance with the order dated 09.11.2023, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Mr. Anand Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel on behalf respondent No.6, the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, District Basti. In Paragraph Nos.7 and 8 of the said affidavit, it is averred: "7. That calculated amount which due to paid is Rs. 21,94,752/- in this amount Rs. 7,83,840/- was paid on 3.10.23 and balance amount of Rs. 14,10,912/- was paid to petitioner by transferring to petitioner's account No. 42249654471 on dated 18.11.2023 through RTGS by Nagar Palika Parishad Basti account. A copy of letter dated dated 18.11.2023 is being filed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE NO.3 to this affidavit.

¶8That the amount payable to the petitioner has been paid from RTGS dated 18.11.2023 and now nothing due." Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has received all his post retiral dues and now there is no further claim, which survives. The cause of action involves in this petition has, therefore, satisfied. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record.
