¶1The restoration application preferred by respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 has already been allowed, thereupon, the matter under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been re-initiated before the respondent no.2 vide order dated

25.09.2023.

¶2On the agreement of both the learned counsels appearing for the parties, the matter is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the proceeding pending under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the shape of Case No.1238 of 2022 (Computer Case No.T202214290501238) (Doodhnath and others v Sona Devi and others) as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of nine months by way of affording proper opportunity to all concerns.
