¶1Heard Shri Prakhar Saran Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Anurag Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.7, and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for fair investigation of the Case Crime No.211 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149 & 307 IPC at Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
