¶1Heard Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order and judgment dated 10.04.2023 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in O.A. NO.1323 of 2019 (Prabhu Nath Maurya Vs. Union of India and others). II. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. III. Award cost of petition to the Petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
