¶3The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report 23.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 669 of 2023, under Section 376-D, 354(Ga), 342, 506 IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act and 66E I.T. Act, P.S. Baghpat, District Baghpat, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
