The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming release of amount due to her in the second installment of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. It has been stated in the petition that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 03.12.2022 for the said purpose before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bara, District Prayagraj. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bara, District Prayagraj within fifteen days bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within the next period of one month depending on his decision on the representation of the petitioner.
