¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.09.2022 in Case Crime No. 515 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 376, 377, 452, 307 of IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Syohara, District Bijnor.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
