¶1Case called out. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners.

¶2Instant writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 4 to make demarcation of Arazi No.606/0.28/337/0.081, 619/0.093, 620/0.024, 636/0.106, and 337/0.146 total 6 Gatas area 0.478 hectare situated in Mauja Alha Nagar @ Badhpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Farrukhabad and give the possession to the petitioner after demarcation."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection by submitting that the petitioners have remedy to file an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Order Date :- 26.10.2023 Pravesh Mishra High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
