¶3This is third bail application of the applicant.

¶4The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Manoj Misra.J, vide order dated 16.11.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39767 of 2016 (Ratan Singh @ Rinku vs. State of U.P.). The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Manoj Misra.J, vide order dated 26.11.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17934 of 2018 (Ratan Singh @ Rinku vs. State of U.P.).

¶5Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous.
