¶1Heard Sri Saurabh Mishra, holding brief of Sri Pankaj Kumar and Sri Chandra Prakash Yadav, learned counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 5.

¶2By means of this application, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶3The application is supported by the affidavit of petitioner No.2 which discloses that the matter has been settled between the parties.

¶4Prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is accepted.

¶5The application is allowed.
