¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State-respondent no.1 and Sri Vinayak, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred for directing the commanding the respondents to remove LT Electric Lines passing over the petitioner's agricultural land and also against installation of electric lines above agricultural land of the petitioner.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5 submits that in case there is any objection by the petitioner the same can be adverted by the fifth respondent i.e. Executive Engineer, Paschimanchal Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Meerut. He further submits that in case the petitioner moves an appropriate application, definitely the same will be considered and decided by the concerned authority as per law.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to keep the present writ petition pending consideration and the same is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the fifth respondent ventilating his grievance within ten days from today, and in case, such application is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the fifth respondent in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
