¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2By order dated 4.10.2023, learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain instructions. Today instructions have been produced before the Court and the same are taken on record.

¶3As per the instructions, the proceedings u/s 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending and it has been stated by learned Standing counsel on the basis of instructions received that only after finalizing the proceedings u/s 67 of the Code, 2006, the encroachment will be removed.

¶4In view of the statement, as contained in the instructions, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
