List has been revised. No one appears to press the petition. By means of this petition an order dated 17.8.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), FTC Shahjahanpur in Original Suit No.248 of 2013 (Jhabbu Vs. Chhavinath), has been challenged. A perusal of the impugned order dated 17.8.2023 reflects that it is judgment in Original Suit No.248 of 2013 and 276 of 2022 dismissing the suit of the plaintiff-petitioner. The judgment and order dated 17.8.2023 can well be challenged in an appeal against the decree made there from in accordance with law. This is a frivolous petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed with cost of Rs. 2000/- that shall be deposited within a week from today with the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court Allahabad, failing which the aforesaid amount shall be recovered thereafter under direction of the Registrar General within a period of one month.
