Munir,J. Order on the Writ Petition In compliance of the order dated 04.10.2023, Manoj Kumar, the Regional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Gorakhpur, has filed his personal affidavit. Let it be taken on record and numbered by the office. In Paragraph No.5 of the said affidavit, it is averred: "5. That in compliance of order dated 4.10.2023, passed by Hon'ble Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 16666 of 2023 (Raj Kishor Singh versus Secretary, Food Corporation of India, Uttar Pradesh Sashan, Lucknow), the respondent No.2 has already paid the earned leave encashment amounting to Rs. 60,264/- without making any further delay. Photocopy of the Invoice report showing the payment of Rs. 60264.00 on 11.10.23 is being filed herewith and marked as Annexure No.2 to this affidavit." The learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the position that he has received a sum of Rs.60,264/- on account of earned leave encashment as per his claim. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record. Order on Civil Misc. Stay Application Disposed of.
