¶1Instruction placed today by learned counsel for the respondents is taken on record.

¶2As per instruction, petitioner's candidature has come to be cancelled in connection with the selection in question by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission in its resolution dated 22.06.2023 in terms of the request made by the Special Task Force vide letter dated

12.06.2023. Copy of this order though is meant for the respondent's counsel but this being the instruction is permitted to be served upon the petitioner's counsel.

¶3At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same by filing fresh writ petition.
