¶1The petitioners have preferred instant writ petition challenging the impugned notice dated 21.01.2023 with regard to the petitioners as the land in dispute is stated to have already been exempted from ceiling proceedings, and to decide the representation/ objections filed by the petitioners dated 08.02.2023 against the impugned notice.

¶2I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.

¶3Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law, with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
