The only prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ J.M., Allahabad to decide the complaint case no.1202 of 2019 (Nirmal Chandra vs. Harish Chandra), under sections 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Collenganj, District Allahabad within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition under Article 227 is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ J.M., Allahabad to decide the complaint case no.1202 of 2019 (Nirmal Chandra vs. Harish Chandra), under sections 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Collenganj, District Allahabad in accordance with law after procuring the attendance of the accused and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties decide it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
