¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.09.2022 in Case Crime No. 0502 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
