¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 07.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No.566 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 336, 504, 307 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act as well as Sections 25/27/30 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
