Order on Writ Petition In compliance with the order dated 09.10.2023, Mr. Yashwant Singh, learned Counsel has filed a personal affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2. In paragraph no. 4 of the personal affidavit, it is averred: "4. That the claim of the petitioner for payment of the arrears of ACPs has been decided and she is entitled for Rs.2,00,388/-, for which Cheque No.714428 has been issued as arrears of the ACP on

07.11.2023, however entitlement of the claim of Group Insurance of Rs.9,597/- has been forwarded to Directorate of Group Insurance, U.P. at Lucknow on 16.07.2021, will be paid after sanction of the same." Learned Counsel for the petitioner is not present. In view of the stand taken in paragraph no 4 of the personal affidavit filed today, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record. However, if there is any surviving grievance, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application in the decided matter. Order on Civil Misc.
