Sri Rama Pathi Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents has place before this Court order dated 01.01.2022 passed in Execution Case No.03 of 2014, by which possession was given by court concerned to execute the decree. It is further argued that after the aforesaid order was passed, possession has already been handed over to the landlord, as such present revision has become infructuous. In view of the matter, the present revision has become infructuus and same is liable to be dismissed as infructuus.
