¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this application, the applicant has prayed to transfer Case No. 285 of 2019 under Section 125 Cr.p.c. from Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to any other neutral place in the State of U.P.

¶3Since the parties have already reached to a compromise outside the Court, permanent alimony of Rs. 8,50,000/- has been paid to opposite party no. 2 and now the applicant Atul Tripathi and opposite party no. 2 Anita Devi, have moved an application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gyanpur, Bhadohi, for dissolution of marriage with mutual consent and this Court in the matter under article 227 of the Constitution being numbered as 3594 of 2023 between the parties, has passed an order today itself directing the concerned Family Court to decide the 13-B application, it is hereby provided that the matter under Section 125 Cr.p.C. regarding maintenance shall also be clubbed and disposed of along with 13-B application.
