¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to direct the Additional Family Court IV Allahabad to decide Case No.836 of 2021 (Khushbu Vs. Himnashu) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. P.S. Kareli Diatrict Allahabad.

¶3It is argued by learned cousnel for the applicants that the aforesaid case is pending since 2021 and about three years have been lapsed. It is argued that the opposite party No.2 has already appeared in the Court but till date no decision has been taken in the matter.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of directing the Additional Family Court IV Allahabad or before whom the proceeding of the aforesaid case is pending to decide the aforesaid case most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months strictly in accordance with law but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.

¶5A copy of this order be communicated by the Registrar (Compliance) to the Additional Family Court IV Allahabad or before whom the proceeding of the aforesaid case is pending through Principal Judge, Family Court Allahabad within 48 hours.
