¶1Sri Satyam Narayan, learned counsel for informant submits that due to personal difficulty he may be permitted to withdraw his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.

¶2Prayer aforesaid is allowed and his vakalatnama stands withdrawn.

¶3For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶4This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 08.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 128 of 2023, under Sections 313, 328, 376, 506 IPC, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Meerut.

¶5No one is present to press this petition.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
