The present petition has been filed by way of a public interest litigation with regard to alleged illegal encroachments over plot no. 569/1 and plot no. 569/2 situate in village Mauhari (Kulpahar), Pargana and Tehsil Kulpahar, District Mahoba which are stated to be recorded as "Jal Magn Bhumi" in the revenue records. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
