¶1Present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, arising from the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kushinagar in Maintenance Petition No. 73 of 2021 (Nagina Prasad and Smt. Reshma Vs. Ranjana Devi), under Section 22 of Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956.

¶2By that order, the learned court below has awarded monthly maintenance @ Rs. 7500/- per month to each respondent i.e. total Rs. 15,000/- per month from the date of order.

¶3This appeal has been presented carrying a delay of 703 days.

¶4List revised. None present to press the appeal.
