¶1Earlier petition bearing Writ-C No. 25430 of 2023, filed by the petitioners was dismissed on 25.08.2023 on account of inadvertent mistake in the prayer clause, with liberty to file a fresh petition.

¶2Once again, the same mistake has been repeated. The first prayer is as follows, which does not convey any sense:- "i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to admeasuring 2 Bigha situated at village Sabli Saber District Hapur falling in khasra No. 28-29, or in the alternative."

¶3The petition is dismissed.
