The present petition has been filed by way of a public interest litigation with regard to alleged illegal encroachments on a public pathway over Gata No. 313, situated at village Khajural Uparhar, Pargana Arail, Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
