¶1Heard Mr.Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India and Mr. L.M Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI calling for the records and quashing the order dated 12.1.2023 (Annexure-1) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench i.e. respondent no.2 in Original application no. 104 of 2020. II. To issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. III. To award the cost of the petition to the petitioner."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
