¶1Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Manish Kumar Yadav and Mr. Lal Mani Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the judgment and order dated 12.01.2023 passed by respondent No. 2 in Original Application No. 1598 of 2016;

(II) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in circumstances of the case.

(III) Award the cost of the petition to the petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
