The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that despite resolution by the Gram Panchayat for the said purpose, a drainage is not being constructed in the village of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 19.11.2022 before the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur. The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months.
