¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

24.08.2022 registered as Case Crime No.0466 of 2022, u/s 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Tronica City, District - Ghaziabad.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
