¶1A request for passing over the case has been made on behalf of the petitioners which has been opposed by Sri H.N. Pandey, learned Counsel for Respondent-Board by referring to an order dated 1.3.2023 passed by the authorities rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

¶2Considering the prayer made in the writ petition and the order dated 1.3.2023, no writ or mandamus can be issued.

¶3Sri Pandey, learned Counsel for Respondent-Board is directed to hand over a copy of the order dated 1.3.2023 to the petitioner during the course of the day.
