¶1The controversy involved in the present petition is absolutely identical as in the Matter Under Article 227 No.10082 of 2023 (Shri Thakur Ji Baldau Ji and Shree Krishnaji Swami Sri Satuwa Baba Nyas Vs. Vinit Keshari). The aforesaid petition has already been allowed by this Court today, i.e., 13.10.2023.

¶2In the circumstances, the present petition is also disposed of granting the same relief to the petitioner, i.e., the order dated

13.09.2023 passed by District Judge, Varanasi in Rent Appeal No.145 of 2023 is hereby set aside and the Rent Appellate Authority, before whom the aforesaid appeal is pending, is directed to decide the same most expeditiously and positively within a period of six weeks from today fixing dates on day to day basis unless there is no legal impediment and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
