¶1List has been revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner.

¶2The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the court below to decide the Original Suit No.1015 of 2023 (Rajesh Kumar Singh and others vs. Jai Singh and others) expeditiously.

¶3From the perusal of the record it transpires that the aforesaid suit was filed in the Month of March, 2023, in which the present petitioner is defendant no. 1. In the aforesaid suit, certain dates were fixed but till date even no written submission has been filed by the petitioner.

¶4In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner, insofar as the present petition is concerned. Since, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
