Learned Counsel appearing for the Nagar Panchayat, Aligarh has placed before this Court a copy of an appointment order dated 03.11.2023, appointing the petitioner under the Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants (Dying in Harness) Rules, 1974 on an year's probation as a Safai Karmchari in the Pay Scale 5200-20200, Grade Pay 1800. He has produced a joining report dated 04.11.2023 submitted by the petitioner, Smt. Arti and accepted by the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika, Jattari, Aligarh. Also annexed is the attendance register for the month of November, 2023, that shows the petitioner marked present on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th November. Let all these documents be retained on record. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to records. (Order on Misc.
