The petitioner claims that he has some mineral over his private bhumidhari land and for the removal of it, he had made an application/representation on 11th February, 2023 before the respondent no.2. Grievance of the petitioner is that this application was not being disposed of. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the petitioner has made an application on 11th February, 2023, then the same be disposed of in accordance with law as per the provisions of Rule 52 of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
