¶1None appears on behalf of petitioners to press the writ petition even in the revised call. Shri Rabindra Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 21.10.2022 registered in Case Crime No.0153 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 313, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Pinahat, District Agra and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3Vide order dated 24.11.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre and as per report of Mediation Centre dated

02.03.2023, mediation completed and there is no agreement to settle the dispute.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
