¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

23.06.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.196 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 342, 354-A, 354-C, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Babina, District-Jhansi.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the parties is that the parties have entered into a compromise as they have settled their differences outside the Court and this compromise has been reduced to writing.

¶4Counsel for the petitioners is directed to produce this alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine the same and thereafter, proceed strictly in accordance with law.
