¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2This instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicants, namely, Badri, Prahlad and Jagdish with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated

13.12.2004 passed by IInd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur in Complaint Case No.1708 of 2004 (Pradeep Kumar v. Shivji and others), under Sections 392, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Kachhwa, District Mirzapur.

¶3On putting query about the inordinate delay of about nineteen years in filing the instant application dated

11.10.2023, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer.
