¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 04.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 383 of 2023, under Sections 354 IPC and 67 IT (Information Technology) Act and 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Afzalgarh, District Bijnor.
