¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0141 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 406, 427 IPC., 3 and 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S. Aiims, District Gorakhpur.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
